After viewing the powerpoint, I know for a fact now that I am not as healthy as I used to be. In fact, I am very below the average level. Since I’ve been here at Howard University, I have done a lick of exercising of any kind and its SAD, because that’s just not me! I have cheered my whole life (since i was four) and danced the past three years, so exercising was a regular day to day routine for me. According to the powerpoint, to be on a good level you should at least exercise 3 or 4 times a week. Since being here, I exercise 0 times a week. Some of the principles of exercise that stood out to me was REGULARITY AND SPECIFICITY. These two stood out to me because I feel like those are two words I have always followed when it came to me and exercising. It was a regular activity I did to reach specific goals in my life. After looking over the powerpoint and reading this blog, I have realized that exercise was once a BIG part of my life that I should not let go.
