The learning colloquial was not as good as the first one, however, I learned a lot about the contributions by blacks. I found new motivation to make me succeed and do more in life. Instead of only becoming a nurse, I too want to hold another position. However, my lifetime goal is to become an actress. I know there is high chance that I won’t because thousands of other want to do the same, but I just keep my dreams alive, and believe it will happen. I mentioned that in my blog, because that was the only thing I kept thinking about throughout the whole seminar. I am writing this blog weeks after the presentation, and the only thing I actually recall about the presentation is that the speaker was very dull. It was freezing, there wasnt alot of people and honestly, I fell asleep for like the last 25-30 minutes. I can’t take anymore of those!
